I checked the OR it's 2000 Model pala. Makinis naman sir yung pintura kaya lang di na glossy kelangan pa ng hilamos. Interior of the car is in prestine condition. Had some minor problems sa temp pero ok na after the water pump was replaced and water hose. Need to replace yung antenna and door light

Though 3rd owner na ko I guess it's a bargain for 160K.

Good day to all.

I am planning to get a series 3 sentra ex or preferably super saloon. Is it still a good buy? I really like the car's appearance not to mention Nissan's reputation of having a very strong A/C which is good in a tropical country like the Philippines.

I already browsed along the site what to look for buying a second hand car, like bring along a mechanic before buying the car, paint should be at least original, mileage shouldn't be that high (age of car against mileage).

What are the things to expect in a 10+ year old car and what are the parts that needs to be replaced just for me to have a piece of mind that it will not broke in the middle of the road?

Any inputs are highly appreciated.

hi. yap super ok yung nissan sentra na 3 series. but syempre since second hand na yang kukunin mo, maganda nga na may kasama kang marunong tumingin ng makina at auto. minsan kasi depende din dun sa mayari ng auto kung well maintained ba nya yung sasakyan nya. ako second hand ko din nabili yung sentra ko and ok naman sya hangang ngayon. well maintained kasi yung makina nya - yun ang pinakaimportante sa tingin ko. ang mga nagkaproblem lang ako is yung sa shock absorbers nya tapos pinapalitan ko na din yung gulong. basta check mo munang maiigi and settle for the one who is least na laspag. hehe. medyo may kamahalan kasi ang pyesa ng nissan compared sa ibang auto. eh kung gagastos ka lang din naman malaki sa pagpapalit ng kung ano-ano eh di bili ka na lang ng bago hehe. )

I got my series 3 for only 118k, makinis pa at stock pa lahat, nabili ko ng mura kasi mausok di kasi alam nong dating may ari na rocker gasket lang ang papalitan, it cost only for 184petot hehehe DIY lang ang katapat hehe.

mga bosing, OT po ito but i think may nakaka experience nito sa mga series 3,4 owners. ask ko lang sa series 4 ko ex saloon manual tranny, ano po ba dapat gawin o e adjust pag naka on yung aircon tapos mag kinabig kabig mo manubela ay namamatay po yung aircon pero mag oon din uli. then pag nasa 1st or 2nd gear which is slow traffic driving lang, pag nag on yung aircon, biglang kadyot yung oto na parang tinulak yung oto. pero pag mabilis yung takbo ay di na mararamdaman yung kadyot pag nag on yung aircon although maririnig mo yung aircon na nag on by the relay sound. sa 1st and 2nd gear lang po sya kadyot pag nag engage to on yung aircon. any comments po mga boss, thanks

Makikisawsaw narin ako dito guys. I intend to get a used B13 (i like the resale value eh hehe). Pero gusto ko sana A/T, city driving mainly.

How is the availability of tranny parts for b13s these days? Sinusubukan ko mag research sa net about tranny parts 101 for this car kaso wala naman ako makita. I don't even know what the transmission itself is called.hehe
