Even if you slide the front seats all the way back, the knee room is still aplenty. Impressive.
Legroom is generous. I saw the 1.6 'Upper' CVT. And everything in that car feels upscale. I just have to complain that there's no passenger side vanity mirrors. The premium fabric really feels premium. Soft touch pseudo leather on contact areas are much welcome. The pricing is a steal. I wonder, aside from the resale value advantage of the Altis, why would you get an Altis 1.6V CVT (999K) over the Sylphy 1.8L CVT (998K) with the Sylphy having more features (17" vs 16" wheels for the Altis, All leather interior, LED H/L, power folding mirrors, etc and not to mention the bigger engine)and better value?

I sat in the TOTL variant displayed in Market Market. While the SA was showing the features to my son almost fell asleep in the back seat thanks to the rear AC vents. The seats are really comfy and the padded door elbow rests are a plus.

7 year old ang kasama ko hehe. Pero sya ang maarte sa AC and comfort It's not a fan lang tulad ng sa Almera. Cold air talaga ang lumabas. The vents are located behind the center arm rest. Kala ko sa b-pillar bilib na sana ako

Yup, that would have free up center console space. Btw, those who have seen the interior of the Altis vs the new Sylphy, do check the fuel and trunk release of the Altis vs the Sylphy. Ang cheap ng sa Altis. Pareho lang ng sa old Adventure yung sa Altis. Epic fail lalo na sa 2.0V variants. Previous Altis weren't that shortchanged. The Sylphy has electronic release on the other hand.
