I was going to get the following accessories: LED kicking plate, back sensor, and mud guard.

Prior to the incident, I and 2 of my officemates were in serious discussion to buy 3 cars, 1 for each of us. However, coupled with the Nissan's strong stance on the pricing plus the labor cost of accessories, all 3 of us decided against purchasing, to send a message to Nissan.

1 went on and purchased Innova, the other with Civic. I am still deciding between Avanza (though admittedly, can't compare against Livina) or Vios... and has moved my purchase plans to Jan '09.

Anyway, thanks for the offer... but at this point, I'm 100% sure that I will no longer be buying a brand new Nissan in the next 2 to 3 years due to the poor experience we encountered.

Ahh, the way I understand it is, you three didn't get the Grand Livina only because you will be charged labor for installing mudguard, kickplates and a back sensor? How much would all the labor for that cost anyway? I guess you really wanted the accessories from Nissan as well? And the Banawe options aren't okay even if they will be a bit cheaper and without the labor cost?


Anyways, here at Laoag now... drove up the Grand Livina from QC. Left 3am and got to Playa Tropical Resort in Currimao 11:25 am. Had to stop at Vigan for about an hour for breakfast.
