To all GL owners:
If you have any questions regarding sa refund or any complaints with regards to our GL (registration), i can give you the cell no. of Ms Acenas of NMPI, siya din yong tinawagan ko last time kaya naibigay agad yong refund ko.just text me 09175265824.
Btw, sino pala ang naka-try gumamit ng mineral oil instead of fully synthetic and any feedback regarding mineral oil, 5k na kasi ako next week and really need to know kung ano ang maganda para sa GL natin, ever since kasi kahit sa altis namin fully synthetic gamit ko, and im planning also to replace my spark plugs with iridium, tested ko na kasi mas maganda ang hatak pag iridium.
*welscua, bro eb tayo pagdating mo kung may time ka.
Kindly update the list of GL owners.

When i had my GL serviced last week (after 1000km), the service centre manager informed me belatedly that as a matter of policy, Nissan uses (read: required) fully synthetic oil (Nelf, i think was the brand name) instead of the usual mineral oil they use. This meant that instead of paying something like PhP 1,500, I paid Php 3,000. Mas mataas! however, service centre told me that I would not need to change oil until I reach 10,000km...I am just happy to follow casa recommendations...any thoughts on this?

AFAIK, puedeng umabot ng 10k bago mag change oil pag synthetic ang gamit mo however, just make sure lang na di talaga mag-change oil sa 5,000 km kasi normally sa casa pagdating ng schedule maintenance palit agad sila ng oil para additional income.

October 2nd, 2008 11:51 AM #734hey guys, we're eyeing with this car after seeing it during bpi madness exhibit on our city.
just want your input for those who owned already regarding the acceleration power during overtaking, uphill roads (baguio for instance) with 7 people on board, especially the matic owner. Hindi ba hirap makina?
thanks in advance, i've got a matic civic before but had it convert to M/T since i feel na parang kulang sa hatak matic.

To make a concrete comparison, the avanza (1.5) owners claim that they can go to Baguio, loaded. Same with Suzuki APV (1.6) owners. Looking at the specs of these two MPV, both are automatic and their max torque range from 120 to 127 Nm. Grand Livina? (1.8) 172 Nm.

October 3rd, 2008 08:48 AM #737ok thanks sa mga replies, we're always at baguio once or twice a month, and it really concerns me kasi loaded kami lagi.
i've been eyeing at sta.fe eversince kaya lang talagang medyo maiipit kami budget kaya di ko muna nilabas. maybe we can forego with this livina anytime this year.
btw, as of present time, magkano price ng matic livina and what m.mnla. dealer would you recommend?

Mine is mid-variant, 898k, from Nissan Galley Quezon Ave., 22k na comprehensive insurance (3 gives pa yun), free seatcover and tint (your choice) with VIP card (discount, free carwash, oil filter, gas voucher), kainis lang yung 3 years LTO na 13k+ kasi yung resibo ay 6k+ lang (wala pa rin yung refund ko). I saw their test-drive unit kaya puede kang magpa schedule din ng road test.
Matic is good in uphill and downhill kasi pag uphill ay di ka ibibitin or mapapa-aatras. Pag downhill naman ay lagay mo lang sa D2 then naka-engine break ka na.
I have a co-worker here in Yemen, taga Davao, may GL na rin daw syang nakikita sa Davao (blue color).
