wala silang makitang clip na kasya dun, kukuha nalang sana sila sa ibang GL n nakstock dun pero wala rin silang makita. Ang sabi lang ng SA sakin is they inform NMPI regarding this matter.

Last monday also may naksabay kaming silver GL along edsa going to makati..... dumadami n nga yong mag levie sa daan

Dapat ma resolve nila agad yang problem na yan...

Dami na ngang may GL dito lang sa Cavite 2 na nakita isang blue sa Trece Martirez at Steel Gray sa Gentri... And according to Nissan Dasma 3 units na daw ang nabenta nila...

i agree with the general assessment... great suspension, great soundproofing, smooth engine... build quality could be better (i have a slight rattle in the doors), better plastics could've been used inside (scratches so easily unlike the higher-end plastics in the sentra).

funny i haven't seen any other GL's around Makati except for the ones on display at mantrade! but it seems like they're moving fast (at least a couple a day coming out of the dealer). this car is really a great buy!

as for FC, mine has improved somewhat from an average of 8km/l to 9+ km/l on city driving (stop and go, mostly makati and ortigas). haven't tried the highway FC yet, but it was at 12km/l. I'm hoping it will still catch up with the Yaris at 14+ km/l highway. If it does, it'll be great!

on the topic of loans... best to go straight to your bank. i got a great deal with BPI Family.

going on 1000 kms soon... hopefully they can fix all the little things.

hehehe, ok talaga bpi... buti ka pa malapit kana 1000 kms, ako nasa 400+ pa lang ng bumalik ako last 7 July dito sa yemen. Any way around 3 weeks na lang puede ng out of town, kaya lang wala pa rin daw plaka ko.
My FC for first full tank was 9.8 kpl pure city, a/c palagi and a/t tranny. Pero matesting ng hi-way pagbakasyon ko... I really miss my GL

hi,

i'm not a GL owner, but it is one of the cars i'm considering to buy. my # 1 priority is, as you've probably all guessed, fuel consumption. based on what i've read so far in this forum the GL averages about 8-10 kms/L. however, their website says the M/T's FC is 14-17, and A/T can go for 12-14. has anyone been able to achieve nissan's claim in their ads?

also, from the pix it looks like the middle row doesn't have a lot of space, which is another feature that i consider a lot because of my two kids. i want them to be as comfortable as possible.

Pare try to visit Goldrich in banawe it is in between e rod. and quezon ave area. Lailani the owner of the shop offered me the necvox dvd/tv/fm/rear view camera for only 27k and also the headrest w/ monitor for 7k each, this a good buy already for this brand. For the installation i can guarantee you na magagaling and maiingat yong mga tauhan niya marami na rin kasi akong pinakabit diyan dati sa altis ko. Next time nalang ako, this would be the #1 on my wish list crisis pa kasi ipon muna.

Dumadami na talaga tayo, another pormadong GL sighting kanina wala pang plate along libis area with rear spoiler and door visor. Hindi ko lang type yong door visor but for the rear spoiler .......astig ang ganda, #2 on my wish list

Thanks, I will visit that shop... pero hintay nyo ako for eb, mga 3rd week aug nandyan na ako..Maganda nga yung rear spoiler ng GL, type ko rin

for us GL owner, middle row space is a dead issue, we have proven that 3 adults can easily fit in the 2nd row, even for 3rd row kasya 2 adults. Believe me, I have 2 teen and 1 kid. Also one time I was able to fit in 2 adults and 1 teen (all 5'7") and 1 baby in second row while 2 passengers in the 3rd row. As for FC, after "break-in" period or when the parts are worn-out ay magkaroon pa ng improvement sa FC mo and of course sa driving habit esp. if you are leaning towards the a/t tranny. bago pa lang GL kaya it would take few months pa bago kami makapag post ng average FC.

Another dead issue is no air vent in 2nd row, pag gabi, nilalamig na yung family ko sa a/c set na 2, pag loaded naman and tanghali, kaya na ng a/c set at 3 na palamigin yung buong cabin.

Better, go to any NIssan dealer and bring your family for a test drive..
