mga sir, ilang days nyo po bago nakuha ang plate number nyo po saka ang free na gps... feb 17 pa kasi un saming plate number and gps wala pa din, btw, we got our gl from nissan shaw

unfortunately there's still that thud sound even with the AC button already pressed when the blower is turned on. I noticed though that this happens when the engine is cold, to verify, when I got home last night, pagkapatay ko ng makina, i waited mga 10 seconds then turned the engine and aircon on again - no thud sound.

i'm still concerned because none of my previous vehicles had this though, pa check ko na lang sa kasa on the weekend.

anyway, it seems unfortunate that Nissan may not be listening to their consumers if it was ever reported, the outside air/pollution still seems to be present in my livina, akala ko naayos na nila yung vent issue. I'm going to have it checked na rin on the weekend..

In the case of Royce motors Isabela, di alam? or in denial SA nila sa issue sa vent. Pagluwas ko manila tatakpan ko na lang vent permanently.

*shauntot - the thud that you are referring to could be the sound of the compressor engaging with the belt which i think is normal. You are right, it usually happens when the engine is still cold probably because the belt is still tight but will not re-occur once the engine has warmed up and the belt is elastic enough. I am not an automotive expert though so this is purely my personal opinion. As for the smell coming from the outside exhaust, I don't notice it but instead I can smell the strong leather scent coming from the seats. Better have it checked in a casa and let us know the results. Kindly share the location of the dealer as well so we can take note of it.
