nissan mantrade SERVICE really sucks, i bought my unit from them coz they gave me a big discount, now my car is in its 1k km PMS & they gave me HEADACHE LOTS OF HEADACHE

should you decide to buy your unit from mantrade beware of their service mga MANLOLOKO

in my quest to get a credible answer to my warranty issue with nissan mantrade i just wana share my encounter the warranty officer of NMPI

to make a long story short i just wana say im not happy conversing with him coz initially i had an impression that he is incompetent so i decided to give him a simple question, i simply asked, site me cases where warranty gets VOIDED

nissan warrranty officer responded, when i reach 100,000km or after 3 years

hindi ko napigilan ang sarili ko at tinanong ko sya "GINAGAGO MO BA AKO alam ko kung kelan maglaLAPSE ang warranty ko"

mr garin that person should undergo retraining

Hi Kissmet, pa pm naman kung sinong service advisor mo sa Mantrade. Doon din kasi ako nagpapa service and ok naman ang kausap ko. Thanks!

try mo nalang sa nissan north edsa, tapat lang siya sa balintawak market

its good that you had your PMS done by mantrade, well that explains bakit ganun kababa ang last 5k km PMS mo kasi nakasynthetic ka at libre ang labor ng 1st 1k & 5k PMS ng mantrade

can you confirm did they gave you the same CRAP as they gave me re voiding of warranty should i not follow NMPI recommendation in using synthetic oil for your GL?

in case synthetic ang preferred oil mo so the point i raised with NMPI is a non issue with you

Anyway, what dealer did you go to? I went to Mantrade and was pretty happy with my freebies and they were very accommodating. I'm getting an MT (hopefully) and wanted to try it.. so... they took out the one on display in the showroom so I could test drive it :D
