Sa mismong Nissan Shaw kami kumuha ng sasakyan, anong insurance company po pinili nyo, also ano po ang mga kasama sa insurance...

newbie here, would like to ask ano po pinili nyong insurance company ang offer lng kasi ng dealer ay mafre, stronghold at standard, which is the best po?

I'm new here! I'm thinking of getting a Livina... pretty nice. My mom loved it when I brought her with me to check it out at the showroom.

Where's the nicest casa ba?

Can't properly connect to tsikot lately.

*alnr: noted on your experiment.

*njgarin: insights appreciated; I somewhat agree. When we got the GL (December '09), I upshift at 2.4-2.5k rpm. Didn't push GL past 90kph then. I changed my upshift pattern this January (upshift at 2.0-2.5k rpm) - birit mode, testing 100kph-120kph speeds... thus the observation. I'll try reverting to my previous upshift pattern and see what happens. In any case, I've scheduled a checkup at the casa. I'll post any findings.

*welscua: The fastest I pushed our GL so far is somewhere at 130kph (* 3.5k rpm). True, you can feel the power and heightened stability of the GL engine on that driving condition - but at NLEX, hindi lang palpitation ang kalaban, pero yung mga mobile na pwedeng manghuli :-)

Just to share, at mixed highway(80%)-city(20%) driving (NLEX-EDSA), we've achieved an FC of 14.3km/liter.

Another thing for the casa to check is the erratic fuel gauge, bilis bumaba while at 1st half (full tank to middle), but compensates kasi mabagal ang baba ng needle sa 2nd half. :um:

for the insurance, i suggest magpaquote ka sa labas wag sa dealer, then sabihin mo sa nagquote sayu tinapatan ng dealer ibababa pa nya yun initial quote nya na usually mas mababa na sa presyo ng dealer

if interested i still have the contacts of an insurance agent who gave me a best price less than 20thou

Maraming complain ang mga Innova owners sa standard, don't know about Mafre. Mine is Stronghold, in-house sya ng Nissan gallery Q.A. no participation fee for higher than 10k pesos claim, puede rin installment. Nag-claim ako after Ondoy, inilusong ko sa baha si GL kaya nabasa yung spark plugs, carpet and nagasgas bumper and mags ko. Walang hassle sa claim, they just asked me to prepare an affidavit then after 6 weeks kuha kona yung GL ko.

Back here in yemen and missing my GL na.

nissan mantrade SUCKS BIG TIME, they tried to mislead me by claiming that warranty will be voided should i not follow recommended oil (synthetic) by NMPI

NMPI just informed me that although they recommend the use of synthetic, user preference should still prevail & it should not void my warranty
