January 3rd, 2009 12:51 AM #1161Sir, ganun yata talaga- 8-10kms/ltr lang tayo... yung 14+kms/ltr ko was hiway/provincial driving...
- basta our FC shd improve kapag naka 10k na odo natin...
- to really test your GL's FC is to test it twice - on the same time and the same distance travelled... no traffic- kc pag may traffic at waiting time na, syempre may gas consumption pero without kms travelled...
-kapag bago pa, malakas pa sa gas...
- hope it helps... agree?
- btw, parang "masyadong mainit" ang hood natin after a long drive? napansin nyo? is it normal? thanks...

Sir Welscua, thanks for the reply. Kulitin ko na lang nissan. Share ko lang last time bumiyahe ako, nakailaw na fuel indicator. I travelled 420 km bago siya umilaw. Traffic karamihan ng dinaanan ko because of the christmas and newyear season. Nung nagpa full tank ako 42 liters ang naikarga. So mga 9-10 km/l ang FC ko during that time.

*hominid, about the a/c vent on third row, sorry sir, for us GL owners it is a long dead issue kasi in our own experience kayang-kaya ng a/c palamigin yung buong cabin (for my GL: fan setting of 2 and temp setting of 50%). In fact in the long run ay ease of maintennace pa nga yung design ng a/c ng GL kasi wala ka ng air duct going to pasenger/third row side. Nung pinalitan ko yung HU ko then tinanggal yung HU panel ay exposed na yung front air duct so madaling linisin. Yang dual a/c or third row a/c ay result lang yan ng FX taxi syndrome. Kasi nun maliit lang ang engine ng FX taxi then nilagyan pa ng 10 passengers and fully loaded all the time kaya naging sikat yung dual a/c. In addition, yung mga service namin na land cruiser dito sa yemen ay puro front a/c lang, wala namang problema sa comfort kahit 50 degC pag summer.
SHARING IS CARING.....
