*OJ213 sir got that pix from clubfrontier.org po.hehe just posted it baka meron gusto gumawa nyan. you notice taillight guard ng mga jeepney same lng pero malaki lang sa jeep na stainless bars gamit.

We finally got our Nav. 4x2 m/t.
Re strange sound on AC, I have also observed yung odd sound when you turn on the AC. however, nawawala din kinalaunan... sa una lang.
Also, i noticed na medyo "pigil" sya mag start (take off) from 1st gear as compared when taking off from 2nd gear.
Anyone have noticed the same and ano talaga yung proper gear to use when starting / taking off?

Although from the user manual, it recommends using 2nd gear on the 6 speed m/t.

Congratulations Sir Redge , Im very sure you will very satisfied sa performance ng truck mo.

yung grrr.. sound as explained by a SA in CRVI is the pumping in of Freon sa AC , ewan ko ba bakit it produces that sound, all navara units sold here ganyan po talaga daw as demonstrated to me sometime ago sa CRVI

yung sa gear mo po when moving from a complete stop makes a small difference kung 1st or 2nd gamitin mo,

4x2 MT has gear ratio of 1st 4.692
2nd 2.705

meaning your pinion gear( the bigger one) must turn or make 4.6 revolutions before it turns your idler gear ( the smaller one)1 revolution until then saka ka palang aandar

the 2nd gear has 2.705 rev lang before 1 turn of you idler meaning mas short ang time thus moving you with a much less effort

pasensya na sir, marunong din ko mag drive navarra, mali pa spelling navarra mo sir. 4x4 navarra na drive ko. malakas talaga. pero sa 4x2 na navarra, di ko maniwala na walang tatapat na japan truck diyan sa 4x2 sir. pati isuzu sir marunong din ko mag drive. ha ha ha... navara owner know the capabilities of my truck? feeling mo sir kaw lang my navarra. lahat pala ng navarra owner bow sa truck mo sir. sana sir naka drive ka rin ng 4x4 navarra kay no one's going to contest with you regarding sa power and speed. basta we're talking of stock. maybe i understand it's your 1st vehicle? kaya nabigla ka lang sir. sana naka drive ka ng totoong 8truck para malaman mo ang hatak pero walang speed. lalo na mga 6wa1 turbo intercooler engine, 6d40 turbo intercooler engine, 8m21 engine. siguro iba yong navarra mo sir sa na drive ko navarra 4x4 black color ng father in-law ko. sabagay navara 4x2 pala sa yo.

Blue sama ako, taga panood lang, pero for sure magdadala ako ng face mask...

If you read my previous thread. basahin mo doon. nakalagay doon malakas talaga ang hatak ng 4x4 navara and no one can contest the 4x4 navara regarding sa power and speed. sino ba angas angas diyan, sabi mo, pag dumaan ka ng zambo at may nakita kang convoy na 3 black navara, subukan mo unahan? siguro 1 way yong kalye dinaanan niyo sir. ha ha ha... hope this will clear the issue. di rin ko nangugulo at feeling mo sir kaw lang naka bili ng navara.

patience lang bro.. masyadong sensitive yung ibang owners ng NAV.. Just try to understand them, ganun na talaga sila....
