Mga sir, kagagaling ko lang sa CRVI this morning, di ako ma-accommodate ng dealer ko sa dami ng binaha… had the turbo boost of my Navara repositioned… may naririnig kasi ako slight na “dong-dong-dong” sound during prolonged idling and lalo na on traffic… naiinitan daw kasi yun or naiipit sa original location niya sa babang side ng air-cleaner area… they repositioned on a bracket on top of the alternator… akala ko slight knock nung una pero kahit mabilis na ako di nagbabago at di bumibilis yung sound, so hindi engine... and for me its too early para magkaroon ng knock, unless defective… pero yun nga pagkadating dun sa CRVI, sabi agad ng QC nila pangkaraniwan ng reklamo yan sa Navara and the solution is repositioning of the turbo boost… ayun test drive ko with the CRVI QC for about 15 minutes slow mode, wala na yung “dong-dong-dong” sound…
So yung lang mga sir, pag nagpa PMS kayo try to ask your SA about the repositioning of the turbo boost… malamang di nila alam… hehehe… hindi naman, malamng alam na nila yun… hehehe

October 6th, 2009 08:34 PM #1806Sharing with you how my bike rack turned out with RRL's hitch receiver. Just right bro... just right... :cheers2:
4. two bikes mounted with the bike rack pulled down at an angle... ground clearance is still pretty good.
3. Noticed how eksakto RRL's hitch receiver came out? ...barely touching the bottom of my bumper.
2. ...at a different angle
1. Brutus and my bike... beauty and the beast

October 6th, 2009 10:45 PM #1807^^ Nice softop. Was the rack mounted on the ball like a coupler, or the ball removed to give way for the rack mounting??
BTW heres mine. I refrained from using my towball for ropes as they can be dangerous like slingshots. The replacement is a load rated 3/4 D-shackle up to 4.75 tonnes in a solid bracket.
