correction, Outlander is not based on the Strada. It uses the GS platform similar to the new Lancer and upcoming EVO X.

As someone already said the Outlander isn't pick up based but a car based crossover SUV. The Pathfinder uses the same frame as the Frontier but has IRS in the back not solid axle which would price it above the Fortuner, Alterra, and Everest. It wouldn't really matter anyways since it has the same basic interior design and materials used as the Frontier/Navara and Xterra. The Pathfinder backseat also isn't much more spacious because it was only stretched to add the third row seats.
