February 27th, 2011 08:24 PM #1mga sir patulong naman kung anong gagawin.. kanina kasi paglabas ko ng garahe nagulat ako ng biglang may narinig akong malakas na kalabog galing likod.. ayun nakita ko kumalas yung gulong sa likod.. buti mabagal lang ako at di talaga lumipad yung gulong yun yung mismong naging kalang ng kotse..
ang naalis bale yung buong drum break with 4 nuts and bolts..
so nagtanong ako sa isang shop dito samen kung anong gagawin sabi dapat yung apat na bolt eh dapat naiiwan yun at di kasama ng break drum mismo.. bale yun daw ang mismong stopper para di makalas yung mismong break drum at yung mags..
ang advice sakin eh tanggalin yung buong assemble at ipawelding..
now.. kung papalitan ko nalang siya mga magkano po kaya aabutin? also yung break pads din palitin na mga magkano po kaya yun?
due for tune up pa naman sana sentra ko (b12) bukas mukhang mapupunta lang sa pagawa nyan..

February 27th, 2011 09:15 PM #2sir ang humahawak talaga nung brake drum for the b12 is ung center nut and bearing. This holds the drum and the bolts in place. Kung kumalas po ung gulong niyo na kasama ung brake drum.
Pwedeng nasira ung bearing or lumuwag lang ung center nut. Mas worst kung nabali ung spindle na nasa gitna kapag ganito ung nangyari maghahanap talaga kayo ng assembly niya na surplus.

February 28th, 2011 05:29 AM #4parang alam ko na sir.. yung bushing po ba sa gitna ng bearing is dapat naka fixed yun sa mismong break drum? naiwan kasi yun eh.. akala ko ganun talaga..

kumalas pala yung lock dun sa parang bushing sa gitna ng break drum in between the bearings..
kinabit ko na ngayon kaso di ko alam pano ibalik yung break shoe.. hehe dadalhin ko nalang sa talyer para sila na magkabit ng bago..

Ung spindle is ung nasa gitna na may thread dun nakashoot ung drum brake at bearing. Pa-check mo na din kung may damage ung bearing pati ung kinakabitan ng bolt. Para sigurado na hindi na siya kakalas ulit.

February 28th, 2011 07:32 AM #7yup due for tune up kasi siya ngayon.. 2 days old palang sakin.
maraming salamat po sir! problem is inalis kahapon ng pinsan ko yung break shoe. di na maikabit ngayon.. buti malapit lang yung talyer.. dun ko na pagagawa lahat.. new break shoe , bearings etc..
sir ano pong tawag dun sa parang bulaklak na nakalagay dun sa center nut ng spindle?
