Serena? 700K? Turn around and walk away.

Lots of better options at that price range. The local Serenas are problematic.

thanks sa mga advice sir, hindi na rin ako pumunta sa banko kasi nakikita ko sa mga site na hindi pala ganun presyohan ng serena, sana starex nalang yun.hehe Thanks!!!!
