    Performance, parang more on the top end ang improvement. The show Patrol is also heavier (ARB bull bars, giant bling rims, 35" tires, etc.).

    You just adjust the steering stopper bolt to tighten the radius. Nissan Pasong Tamo did this from free during the manifold cleaning session. Before the adjustment, it was like driving the Queen Mary on land.

    Kelan mo ba ko tuturan ng MAF cleaning? hehehe
    For free lang pala... nak baka batukan ko yung SA sa NGQA... sabi daw di adviseable and masisira warranty when i inquired about that. CORE sa P.Tamo or Nissan Mantrade gumawa? Kaya ng DIY?

    MAF cleaning? text mo lang ako... kape tayo sa Brewing Point or sa Casa Rivera. ;) bukas (monday?)... tagal na rin tayo di nagtatampo. Pero madali lang as Boybi mentioned. Carb cleaner lang or electrical contact cleaner sa hotwire inside the MAF housing. Pa-CONSULT mo na rin sa CASA to check if the readings of the MAF are still consistent...

    Mas may tiwala ako sa Pasong Tamo kasi UMC sila (dealer ng Patrol) unlike NGQA na NMPI (dealer ng Nissan passenger cars). NGQA was also the shop quoting me Php120k to replace the turbo kasi sira daw. Pagdating sa Pasong Tamo, it just needed some manifold cleaning lang pala. Total damage, around Php4k. Never na ko bumalik sa NGQA. Baka pang-passenger cars lang talaga sila. Sa Pasong Tamo din inaayos ang mga Patrol ni GMA. Yep, kaya ng DIY. Turn mo lang steering ng todo and look for the bolt that acts as the stopper (one on each side). Konti lang naman pina-adjust ko. Para lang hindi mukhang engot na overshoot ng overshoot sa mga liko. hehehe.

    Holiday ang utak ko bukas. Hehehe. Saka nasira daw yung MAF nung unit before binenta. Surplus MAF (from a wrecked unit ata) yung nakakabit ngayon. Nilinis na lang ng Nissan Pasong Tamo. So medyo bago pa naman. Na-CONSULT na siya nung May, all systems go naman. :D

    Sige... i'll work on it tom if sinipag ako. Actually mula nung nawala yung contact ko sa NGQA (nag-nissan Qatar na) nag-deteriorate nga service nila sa amin... Might try CORE nga the next time around.

    yung turning bolt na binangit ni Otep, ay inalis namin (sa patrol ng boss ko). on stock wheels and mags, walang problem (as in hindi talaga kailangan) kahit nakafull turn walang tatamaan (gulong or any part).

    pag naalis mo yan kahit na siguro 6 meter wide lang ang daan kayang kaya at madaling magmaniobra.

    I'm thinking it's there for those who upgrade to larger tires... i noticed also the Patrol comes with puny stock tires (cost cutting)... it should have the same tire size as in the 16" LC80 tires.

    How much now do the 4x4 conversions cost? Just curious (the one we have here, which belongs to my Tito, already came with 4x4).
