Street-wise, yes, it can still be considered safe. Since coils will not travel at full lengths. If you are pertaining to the local rubber sold in car accessory shops, stay away from it. I tried those 30mm spacers and they compress to as little as 5mm only. Which could un-seat your coils if you decide to hit any trails.
For taller spacers, better have a metal fabricated then cover with rubberized paint. There's a black Patrol roaming around near UST which has 4 inch spacers with drop down bracket for front arms. Talked to the owner and he said it was done by 199 ORH. He also told me he will NOT hit any trails with that kind of lift.

No, it's a black unit with no snorkel. Iba pa yung pinadala mo thru MMS.
