    calamansi,

may bulbs dun. afaik, there are 4 of them. I inquired sa casa because I need to replace mine too. around php300 yata each. BTW these bulbs are not the ones you can buy sa auto supply.

It's possible sa gauge ang problem. mine jumps at around 3-4000rpm.

do you still have the OEM alarm? if yes then its better to have it checked and programmed sa casa using Consult.

sa side mirror, nag canvass na ako nyan before. surplus is around 1.5k-2k each. but you have to use a PHDM side mirror lens.

Thanks for the info on crystal tail lights, Calamansi. This confirms that I really bought a '99 model.

Salamat po sa tips. I followed your advice.

On the right-hand side at the base of the automatic shift gear of the second hand Cefiro '99 I'm driving is a switch with the label "A/T". I presume that means "automatic". On the top end of the switch is the letter "S" while at the bottom end is the symbol "*". The former owner has slit in folder paper on both ends of this switch presumably to avoid being pressed. I've driven three automatic cars before, a Honda Vtec 2000 model, a Honda VTI-S 2004 model, and a 2005 Ford Ranger Trekker 4X2, but none of them has this switch I find in my Cefiro. Pardon me for my ignorance, but can anyone tell me what this switch is for? Salamat po.

Actually, we hadn't reached 500 meters yet when the engine suddenly died. And then it took us around 3 tries before the engine started. It happened three times na, although wala pang 20 times na nagagamit namin ang Cefiro since we acquired it. Ano po kaya ang problema nun?

Then, there are also instances na kapag inistart namin ang sasakyan, bigla na lang nag-uusok ng itim, although sa simula lang ang itim na usok at nawawala rin. But we're still worried, lalo na't medyo may amoy gas. ano po kaya ang problema nun?

Lastly, ano po ba ang recommended tire pressure ng Cefiro?

    Thanks a lot.
Sa pajero ko (diesel) traced to computer box (yata). Anyway, after nabypass ang heater ko OK na but yours is gas. Anyway, just trying to say na maaring sa computer box or any relay mechanism involved.

S for Sports * for Snow mode. Putting it in S mode delays shifting so higher revs, other mode does the opposite.

I believe consult or check up is free. At least in most talyer anfter they check the car - when they prepare the quotation

Free yata ang check up basta hindi engine-related ang problem. Meron kasing tinatawag na OBD (on-board diagnostics) or CONSULT from Nissan which checks the engine up using a computer/analyzer. Ayun may bayad, P1,200.
