i read the whole thread as i made decision na to get Kicks. Since the company will be paying for it in cash, ganun pala deal sa casa - LTO Registration is not even free and halos barya ang freebies.

Getting it from Nissan Clark. Meron ba ibang dealership that offers differently or pare-parehas lang?

For the Kicks, from what I can recall the offer to my friend who bought.

3m - standard tint free, but not the UV/Heat resistant tint. Friend added 9k php to make it the heat rejection version of tint.
LTO - not free
Insurance - best offer came from inhouse insurance, TPL offer for 3 years included na sa package price ng compre in house insurance. Cheapest after pinakitaan ng counter offers ng other insurance companies.
Umbrella and Seat Cover - none
EWD - none
PMS - walang free labor na offer at all
Jack - none included. Walang spare tire so what would you need the jack for. haha!
Tire inflator and Repair Kit - included

Everyone I know (working) sa Toyota are telling me that you really need a good contact inside to get a Corolla Cross Hybrid. Yung GR version daw kailangan top management na kilala mo (Cash/Bank Loan transactions as of today, Dec 19, 2022)

the waiting list for the fortuner was 8 months.
i didn't want to wait, so "i settled" for the innova.
in retrospect, it was the better buy for me.

my colleague persisted and got their fort after 8 months.

Kicks tong nag increase to 30k boss?
Hindi ka talaga makapag backout pag dumating na pinakahihintay mong unit.
May downpayment ba pag magpa reserve sa ganitong situation?

No downpayment yet usually. Once available yung unit tsaka mo lang asikasuhin downpayment.

But for the Kicks, at least for my friend, it was 50k php back in Aug 2022. The Raize back in May-June 2022 period was 5k php only.
