So far ang competitive advantage ng 4x2 Xtrail will be the ff:
1. CRV - so far mas mahal raw yun CRV sa 4x2 Xtrail
2. CX7 - same engine but CX7 is more expensive
3. Forester 2.0 - same price but Xtrail has better engine

For the 4x4, it will compete with Forester XT and Tucson CRDi Premium. In Australia, Forester XT and Xtrail has almost the same performance on off road.

I would be honest..

Nagustuhan ko yung X-Trail 4WD na bago. Esp. the blue color.

for 1.5M, bargain price na yan. Gusto ko malaman ang FC ng X-Tronic CVT.

tsaka sa Tucson, ang rival nyan yung GLS 4WD 2.4L Theta II. Masyado na pag na-compare sa CRDi Premium.

Yun Xtrail na design may slow attraction pansin ko. Hindi sya head turner compared sa CX7 or Tucson, but if you look closely may sariling charm yun Xtrail.

For me feeling ko mas may class yun white color but i haven't seen one yet. Puro gray and blue lang nakikita ko. But the blue color is also nice kasi mas sporty. Gusto ko rin malaman FC ng CVT and kung maganda yun semi automatic mode.

Yun Tucson GLS is around P1.4M ba?

Yep. Yan talaga yung inorder ko. kaso wala talaga dumadating. Mas marami pang CRDi Premium kaya doon ako nauwi. hehe.

Yeah, hindi sya head turner. Pero may "dating" or "something" sya na wala ang Tucson. Maybe the HID Projector headlights?

Tsaka gusto ko yung interior. Very classy, but bit cramped. Ok din yung rear A/C vent, wala ang mga kalaban niya. Tsaka yung passenger seat ng 4WD variant ay power na rin.

Baka tactic ng Hyundai yan para bumagal yun demand ng konti hehe.

Di ko rin sure kung HID lamps pero mas gusto tignan yun pwet.

Gsto ko rin yun rear aircons kasi yun current Xtrail ko kulang yun front A/C. Lagi nag cocomplain sa likod na mainit especially sa summer. Yun compartment feeling ko sobrang laki. Mas prefer ko lakihan nila yun leg room sa rear seats than the huge compartment. Ang kulang lng is Aux/Ipod jack na meron sa Tucson. I don't appreciate the cruise control so d ko sya masyado pinapansin but it can possibly improve the FC greatly if used right.

oi mas maganda tong facelifted na xtrail kesa ung bago nila ngayon!!! haha sana ganto version na lang ang andito.

clarification guys, ung 4x2 xtrail xcvt ba e walang roof rails? no offense meant pero napapangitan ako sa roof rails. ang laki kc at hinde proportionate. miske nung sa previous gen na xtrail ung huleng roof rails which are the sdame with the current one ay hinde ko type. so if wala roofrail ang 4x2 e type ko na to. lalo na kung updated version na like that in the pix above. haay dilemma may nadadagdag nanaman sa pagppilian...

sg. how cramped if you dont mind me asking? masikep ba compared sa tucson especially sa back seats? or same lang or better? would appreciate your inputs.

also would anybody know kung san dealer may display ng 4x2? :D saw one in the flesh along q.ave. blue but with roof rails. sana may member na nakabile para may review :D
