lost papers(or/cr) of my scooter!

gud day! we have a yamaha jog1 scooter.it was bought by my parents in 1992, advance gift for my graduation in grade six.it was locally bought in one of the casas here(i think sa mandaluyong).

the problem now is, hindi pa sya narehistro! dahil ang alam ko lng nun eh gamitin at dahil dito lang din sa subdivision ginagamit(hindi din mahigpit dati kahit ilabas).busy din un father ko sa work kaya hindi na na-asikaso.

now, i want to maintain it. umaandar n sya. no problem sa makina. problem, na-misplaced na ng mother ko un papers nya. plaka na lang natira.
Question: pwede ko po ba pahagilap sa LTO un papers and panu po/how much abutin?

I think the first step would be to find out who is the registered owner. Then have him/her execute an Affidavit of Loss that will include a statement how the papers were lost (e.g. misplaced and was not attended to because the vehicle was not operational) and a statement that it could not be found despite efforts to do so.

Baka kailangan din ng statement to explain its non-registration for so many years. Baka din de-registered na yun due to the time that has expired.

Best bet would be to go the LTO to check its status, baka din may "nanghiram" na nung rehistro.

PM mo ako. pwede kita help sa pag registration ng motor mo, pero pag lost ang OR/CR at need mo duplicate. matrabaho yan.

good news po.nahanap n po namin un or/cr nya.pwede p kya iparehistro un scut ko kahit na 1993(not 1992 pla,sori) pa huling naparehistro ito.1993 pala cia na-acquire.how much po kaya abutin thanks.
