    1) Comfortable waiting area - not a/c, but then basta lang mahangin, hindi naaarawan or nababasa. Chairs kahit monobloc, basta may sandalan.
    2) Free wifi
    3) Free refreshments - have them pay for the car wash up front, or at least when it's their turn, and then give them a stub for a free drink. O kaya provide free water.
    4) Or as posted previously, you can forget about 2 and 3, and just price your services a bit cheaper than competition in the area.

    The car wash I go to has some stalls nearby. Yung iba mga BBQ, isaw, etc. Yung iba may drinks. Yung iba may tables for customers. Ginawa na ngang inuman. Hehehe! Ok sana, pero parang di ako ok kung may inuman na, tapos andun yung mga oto. Delikado. Ok lang kung may matatambayan/makakainan yung customer.

    IMO sir offer ka rin ng detailing. Pero make sure marunong ulit yung titira. Para yung iba, wash & wax ang i-avail.

    Tapos para sa mga OC pag kilala na carwash mo, maging open ka sa mga gusto magdala ng sarili nilang gamit.

    More than discount, what makes me come to to certain carwash is their quality of job. I watch them as they wash my car, minsan nakikita nadaan lang yung basahan para matanggal ang sabon. Or like the other time di pa tapos punasan ng basahan yung sabon may isang taong binabanlawan na kagad yung kotse ko, obviously nagmamadali. Ganun kadali mawalan ng suki.

    Pero minsan di ko alam kung matutuwa ako o hindi, pag yung mayari iniinspek yung gawa ng tao nya, nagpunas punas din sya, kaso ay relo syang suot.

    Kahit wala ng promo basta maayos yung service babalikan ka ng mga customers. Buy ka ng washmitts, Microtex Elite, etc.
