    the "simplest" approach would be just that: turbocharge the 4d56, and possibly add an intercooler...

    but that would still entail changing the compression ratio of the engine block to accommodate the turbocharging...

    so how much would it cost?

    btw, AFAIK, there are almost no commonrail n/a diesels available. nagiging standard na talaga ang forced induction sa mga diesels nowadays

    wag lang tularan ang isuzu na low pressure turbo lang ang linagay sa 4JA1

    Agree. Ito ang naka lagay sa Starex TCi. 102 HP

    wouldn't be so hard... the previous generation L200 already had that turbo-intercooled 4d56

    Hindi ba nila pwede salpakan ng engine ng Strada (yung 2.5L lang) yung Adventure? Eh bakit Hyundai sinalpakan nang bagong R-engine yung same body ng Santa Fe. So di yun impossible, political will lang...

    I vote turbocharging the 4D56, but without the intercooler. Para mas mura...tsaka para wala nang hOoD ScOoPsZz.

    Hood Scoops are nice. Basta tama lang yung laki ng butas at nasa gitna.

    Pwede rin sa tabi ng radiator or bumper mounted? tama ba? parang Mitsubishi Pajero BK, Gen 1 Tucson, Montero Sport, etc..

    Dito po sa Santiago City (Isabela) e ke daming adventure! Nakakatuwang makita nga na me mga circa-98 models up to 2010 models na nagkakasalubong sa kalsada. Sana nga chestnut red na lang kinuha kong color noon. May time tatlo kaming silver magkakatabi sa parking lot, nakaka-antok tingnan!
