    beg pardon but... hindi ba illegal maglagay ng un-authorized plates sa sasakyan? only approved suppliers ang puede..
    but if you mean, plates for non-automotive display..

    Sir yung ilalagay lang sa taas nang original plate nya tlga pwede naman po yung diba? gusto ko kasi maglagay personalized :D

    illegal nga maglagay ng ibang plate kapag hindi recognized ng LTO.
    yung mga commemorate plates na binebenta sa public, meron Special Order/Permit yun issued by the LTO at meron din time-frame ang pagdi-display nito.
