diff. din ba ang parts ng imported sa local?so mga 2nd gen local and imported,i encountered diff. parts when i buy some for our local and subic units eh.ganun din ba?

Almost all the parts are the same since the Pajero is a global platform. Minor parts differences only. Don't expect anything major esp. when compared to grey market original LHD models.
The advantage of having a warranty is that the parts will be replaced for free if found defective. And some parts can be very expensive, right?

Correct. And imagine, if you got a Paj na merong height adjustment (which is very very very very cool), tapos you somehow killed one of the actuators, san lupalop ka ng Maynila ka hahanap ng parts?
Most components should be 100% compatible, after all, it is the same ride. But of course not all of these components are common across the different versions. You have to get the full model number to be sure... (eg. V43WNDEL2M)
