    Hi! Guys,

    I'm a new owner ng Advie 09 GLX, but i'm driving before a 06 GLS Sport sa relative namin kaya Advie na rin naging choice ko to buy.

    Some questions lang, since yung GLX hindi kasama ang central lock & alarm gusto ko sanang ipakabit sa labas (kung sa CASA kasi mahal at hindi pa maganda ang alarm [experience on 06 GLS Sport]) my question is ma-void ba yung warranty nito?

    I've decided na magpalagay ng actuator (central lock) & alarm (AutoPage RF-425LCD P5,000 sa Blue Lazer Corp. sa Del Monte) Nung tinanong ko sila kung ma-void ang warranty ang sabi nila hindi naman daw, kasi hindi naman gagalawin yung electronic sa ilalim (which is may warranty)

    Tama ba sinasabi nila na hindi ma-void yung warranty? o suggest nyo po na sa casa na talaga ako magpalagay?

    Same with audio set-up, if i try to have it set-up (wirings) hindi ba ma-void ang warranty nito kung hindi naman gagalawin ang nakawarranty (ano nga ba ang nakawarranty sa kanila?) TIA

    Any aftermarket accessory is called an "unauthorized modification" because it is not sold and approved by your car company as being correct for your vehicle. Unauthorized modifications are not warrant-able and any damage associated with an unauthorized modification is not warrant-able (e.g. overloading electrical system and damaging alternator or wiring would not be covered). So anything not caused by your aftermarket system is still covered (e.g. stereo has nothing to do with an oil leak so oil leak would still be warrant able) .

    *v6dreamer - got it! salamat chief!

    *rensom - natawagan ko na yung SA ko kaso hindi diretsong sagot ang sinabi nya sa akin, same din ng ibang SA na kakilala ko from other car companies (hindi diretsong sagot) Kaya i try to ask dito sa tsikot for user experience (para at least hindi lang ako hehehe)

    also nakapag-painstall na din ako ng alarm and central lock sa labas kahapon kaya no choice na din hehehe btw i got Autopage RF-425 Alarm malinis ma-wiring talaga ang mga dealer
