    i can feel the turbo kick in at ard 2200rpm: in 2nd gear...pero I no longer feel it "kick" in 3rd, 4th, 5th....bakit kaya? hit or miss yung kick sa 3rd. baka kailangan ng linis ng turbo? (ginagawa ba yun?)

    an exhaust specialist advised that I enlarge (diameter)of my exhaust system...(from after the turbo to the exhaust tip, has anyone done this?) paano yung cat converter sa gitna? and the muffler? sabi nung dude, papalitan daw yung stock na muffler and remove the cat converter (cat converter ba yung nasa ilalim na between the turbo and the muffler?) iingay nga daw ng kaunti...pero feel mo naman daw ang power gain. pero I also read in a thread somewhere that torque might be diminished as a result of this mod?

    can anyone please post what is advisable or what they have done?

    150 din pero di ko na maulit, 140 nalang ngayon. 99 model na AT. NLEX

    pag nabasa ni sir boybi matatawa lang siya sa top speed ng rides natin. normal speed lang yan ng patrol niya.

    Grabe ang bibilis tumakbo ng mga pajero nyo. my top speed is only 120 kph on level ground, pedal to the metal na yon. Mine is a gen2 96 model. But nevertheless Im still very much happy with it.

    pprado, baka pwede kang mag add ng intercooler.

    i never realize that the Pajero is quite slow. But, the look is quite NICE

    at dinig ko: may pinapalitan daw e...di lang basta idadagdag daw yung intercooler. parang yung ibabaw ng makina...to make the intercooler fit under the hood(?)

    (di ba pajerokid, kayo yung may washer mod?)

    pprado, no idea on the I/C upgrade. But if i were to guess, a surplus I/C would cost between Php 5k to 10k. Plus bubili pa kayo nung rubber air hoses, which AFAIK, isn't cheap for a big rubber tube.

    Pero this would squeeze around 15 more HP so pwede na rin! May kilala ako na naga Gen1 which was engine swapped with a 4d56tdic, happy na happy naman yung may-ari.

    Yup, kami nila Yellow and Otep ang nagpauso ng P50 washer upgrade. Although no one knows for sure kung ilan HP gained, i would estimate that it's nothing to scoff at.

    Typically, manhid ako sa mga effects ng mods, but the washer mod on a 4D56TDIC can really be felt!

    sa mga nakagamit na ng washer mod, may negative long term effect po ba ito sa engine?

    nyak! madali lang kayang ilagay ang 4d56tdic sa gen1 engine bay? wala kayang masyadong modifications na gagawin?

    (magkano naman po ba ang ganun kaya?)

    Well, mas maganda kung makakakuha ka ng orig Hood with Scoop. Mga 3k lang kuha ng pinsan ko para sa GAS Gen1 SWB niya (i know hehe, rice. pero looks good naman kahit non-functional).

    Sabi sakin dati salpak lang yung TDIC version sa Gen1.

    ram,

    its just like putting a manual boost controller, except that it costs < P50 instead of P7000.
