Ito yung article, it's called cranking up the torsion bars. In your case, pabaligtad dapat ang pihit mo ng wrench since you want to crank it down.

Pareho lang front suspension ng GEN I at GEN II. Don't mind the pictures. You crank one, you've cranked them all.

While your at it have the setting of your torsion bars checked. Have it re-set to stock settings baka kasi naka crank up siya to begin with. Did you get your rig brand new or second hand?

We bought it brand new Aug. 99 and have 140k clocked already (grabe no)...
Baka nga when we bought it e naka-crank up na sya by default kasi pantay nga e... We bought it from Diamond Motors Makati before...

We also have the 99 Pajero medyo pantay sya compare to 2001 up model and sa tingin mas pandak sya. Sabi ng agent namin kasi daw wala ng 4wd option kaya ginawang 4x4 look.

Hi, i'm not familiar with the fieldmaster, but from what i know, there are no shocks in front(leaf spring) only the rear has shocks? Or is that a different model pajero? Anyways, bilstein is a good brand for shocks, i've been using fieldmaster shocks for my montero and it cost about 8t a piece i believe.
