di naman bumagsak yung rear ng oto ko sa OME under full load.
the OME coils will add about an inch to your ride.
Also, wala nang RATS Alabang. Meron pa sa Katipunan at Pasong Tamo. Redback na lang, kung sa south - Paranaque.Last edited by IMm29; September 11th, 2006 at 03:45 PM.

September 11th, 2006 07:20 PM #43Pinaalala ko na lang sa kanya na kapag nakabit yung shocks e magpasakay ng 4 na tao sa likod para malaman namin kung hindi babagsak ang rear...

All gas shocks are stiff when new. That's why you only cut the binding shortly before instillation. When I installed the Zuk shocks, I bolted the lower bolts, installed the bushing and aimed at the upper mount. When I cut the binding, the shock 'fired' into it. Naputulan na ko ng binding dati. Sobrang hirap talaga ibalik kahit yung sa Super series.
OEM yata is equivalent to Super series or Excel-G. GAJ is stiffer but not harsh. Lessened my tendency to bottom out and did not seem to lose damping force even during repeated cycles (running on the undulating farm roads in our area). Not exactly OME or Bilstein but still bang for the buck.

Mga pre we already have the new OME shocks installed and I havent test driven it kaya di ko pa kayo mabigyan ng feedback.
What I do know is that I worry about the rear shocks/springs... when I & my bro jumped into the 3rd row... parang the rear went to a -20 degree angle...
Kasi I always feel na talagang mas mataas ang likod kesa sa harap too have better stance, sort of a +10 degree angle and also para bag nalagyan ng load sa likod e maging level ang front & rear... pero sa amin normal car stance is level yung front & rear kaya kapag nilalagyan ng load sa rear e parang bagsak ang likod...
Should this be normal o meron pa kaming kailangang gawin???

Monroe recommends replacing them every 50,000 miles (do the math ).
You can also feel it by the seat of your pants (parang malundag na, to the point na parang umaangat na sa lupa yung gulong).
Or just do the bounce/rock test. The car should settle immediately after you let go. If it continues to bounce, get new shocks.
