Has anyone any feedback regarding their service? My Lancer EX will need it's 1000km service soon so I am looking for a branch with good recommendations.

Is their service quick or do I have to leave the car there because of the long line of waiting cars?

Try Diamond Motors Marcos Highway. Eto ma rerecommend ko. Quality ang service nila. Kapag sinabi nilang 2pm makukuha ang sasakyan before 2pm makukuha na. Kapag may kailangang palitan na piyesa iinform ka muna nila. Kung under warranty naman ang piyesa like ball joint or others proactively papalitan na nila without any hassle. May follow-up call pa after the service kung may problem ba yung unit or wala naman. Kaya ako if I will plan to buy a car soon parang dapat tingnan yung after sales service. Free wifi pa.

Try to call them first baka dami pa naka pila gawa ni Ondoy. Ang mekaniko dito per team. Yung chief mechanic tinitingnan lagi yung ginagawa ng mga mekaniko. 5 years na adventure namin walang problema. Ang ganda pa ng location kasi kung dadalhin mo sa umaga then sinabi sayo na babalik ka sa hapon pwede kang magmall sa Sta Lucia or Robinson katabi lang ng casa. Nood ka muna ng sine

Sir, all Diamond Motor Corp. service offer great services! Mapa sales at after sales. Our experience with Diamond Quezon Avenue from 2001-2003 was exceptionally good. We move our service to Diamond Fairview in 2004 because it's closer to our place, kaparehas din ng experience namin with Diamond Quezon Avenue. You can watch your car being service at the service bays, the SAs informs you if there are parts needed to be replaced, and the day after service was done to your car, they will call you para kumustahin yung car after the service. Then they will again call you a week after para kumustahin ulit. Claiming warranty with them is also hassle free. SOP na ata ng Diamond Motor Corp. yung ganung practice. They are the best Mitsubishi dealer group here in Metro Manila. And their motto is "Customer Satisfaction is Job No. 1!", and I think they fulfilled it.

Magkakaroon din pala ng bagong branch ang Diamond Motor Corp. It will be in EDSA, after Ortigas Station, and before the gate of Wack-Wack. It will be their new main branch that replaces the old one in Ortigas Avenue. This will also include a service center as well.

for pms at diamond motors valle verde, you can wait while they do it. . .well, depende rin siguro sa araw, pero sabado ako pumupunta dun and i always didn't have to wait long (siguro hindi nga maganda reputasyon nila haha). . .pero okay naman yung service adviser ko dun, si ronnie (forgot the surname)

Si Ariel Tragura po. Pero lahat naman ng Service Adviser don magagaling. Try to call them first para malaman mo kung tapos na ang mga ondoy cars irepair.

nice to know lahat yata ng Diamond Motors branch ok after sales.. 2nd post ko ito.. to attest that I'm really satisfied with Diamond's After Sales.. un na Ondoy ko na '09Lancer sila lahat nag asikaso from pick-up hangga sa mabayaran ako ng total loss ng insurance.. ni hindi ako nagpunta sa insurance co.. sila pa nag notify na ready na check ko.. so on to my next buy eh sa kanila ko din kukunin yun strada.. hehe baka maulit kasi ondoy at least pang baha na strada..

Had mine serviced there. No problems encountered. Just go early to get ahead of the line of cars to be serviced.
