Just because something is bordering on the rules does not mean it is not irrating. There is such a thing as forum etiquette.

This user has been already asked on other threads to refrain from using centre justify, but he has ignored the pleas.

In any case centre justify is rather silly and immature. It is there for headings etc; but not for general writing of articles or such. It seems the user is looking to draw attention to him/herself, so most regular users know what to do. Remember; I never asked for the posts to be ignored.
