afaik the 4m40 had been bored out -> 4m41.
the 3.5L mivec v6 was the 6g74.
the GTO/3000GT VR-4 had the 3.0L v6 twin-turbo 6g72TT...that would be nice. hehe.

e ask ko lang...
what if i happened to bought a wrecked gen3 pajero(ung tipong dead na kung baga),with all the underchasis and 75-90% engine intact, would it be much better kasi parang ung critical components are there
then, ready to swap na ba for either gen1/gen2 pajeros and/or a jdm spacegear?

February 9th, 2005 03:44 PM #18as long as walang tama ang engine, why not
as for the boring out of 4m40 to 4m41, the 4m40 is a 2.835 liter engine, and the 4m41 is a 3.200. can that difference be made up by enlarging an existing engine block?

pahabol lang po....
obviously kung sa displacement based, masmatakaw ang 4m41 kaysa sa 4m40(2.8L<3.2L),
ask ko lang ganu kalayo ang difference considering 4m40 uses old type of fuel intake and 4m41 uses DiD(direct fuel injection) with ecu?
