went to mitsubishi dealer a while ago. nagpa compute kami ng strada gls at gls sport. nasa 300k+ na pala ang dp for all units. kahapon nag browse ako sa sulit nabasa ko 220k lang all in na. pagtingin ko sa computation 220k ang dp den plus lto, chatel, insurance etc ayun na ang 300k+. bat ganun? iba-iba ba talaga sa mga dealers?
btw interisado dad ko sa gls kasi mababa ang konsumo. ano sa tingin nyo? ganyan ba kalaki ang difference ng fc nila? eto kasi dad ko tinitignan ang numero takot sa 3.2 lol. hndi naman jan naka depende eh. may 2.5 nga na mas malakas pa kesa 3.2, i mean, its not just on the numbers.Last edited by JJCarEnthusiast; January 24th, 2009 at 08:02 PM.

Thanks for the quick reply sir. I had it checked at the casa twice already. They failed to fix the alignment during my first visit, so they tried again on my 2nd complaint. They did fix the swerving but my steering wheel is not normally positioned at the center during straight runs. Its favored a little to the left.
Another thing sir, do your brakes emit a low tone metal-metal sound during the first few minutes of your drive and when its raining or the whether is cold?

Assuming all things are equal...definitely a bigger displacement will consume more fuel. Bigger engine means higher output.
Just for argument sake, take an average monthly fuel consumption for the following:
2.5L engine = 3,000 pesos
3.2L engine = 2.5L x 20% more = 3,600 pesos
that's only an additional of 7,200 pesos in 1 year.
Don't you think your Dad can afford it? of course there are other costs like oils and filters.
Magkano na ba qouted prices nila for GLS sport?
note:20% figure is an assumptionLast edited by DonT; January 24th, 2009 at 08:41 PM.
