Sir DonT, sa pagkakaalam ko wala. Actually, wish lang sya ni sir skippy para sa bagong strada 3.2 A/T nya.

I still cannot see the use for it kung existing nga feature na to.

Captiva sir meron. It's usefull if you're using the semi-auto drive mode. it's still usefull in full auto mode so one knows what gear he's on and can step on the accelerator a little to upshift the gear. can improve FC

i'm impressed with the reading you've shown bro, 40km/'L * 36km/h, that is brilliant, dmax owners are claiming well more likely bragging with their 40km/L* 30km/h, you wouldn't mind if post this pic at isuzu dmax's thread would you? hehe joke lang. btw those figures about 80km/h * 15km/l and 100km/h are pretty much realistic. thanks for sharing this bro, i will have my brother checked this out para ma compare niya with your MID's reading.

    Hmmm... meron pala talaga nyan.

Well, over time, in driving an auto tranny, one will learn how to deliberately shift to a higher or lower gear using the accelerator pedal, as bro Dadz have mentioned earlier. This maneuver can be used to help improve one's fuel consumption.

    hi ooba99,

yep, have it in my mazda. as the others said, quite useful when driving in activematic mode. i use the manual mode 99% of the time in my car.

pero nasasanay nako sa strada iadjust yung tapak ng pedal. medyo mas smooth na yung driving ko ngayon. yun nga lang naspoil ako sa mazda. even with the rainsensing wiper sensors. hehehe. ngayon balik adjust ako everytime nagbabago yung bagsak ng ulan.

no big deal. di ko naman naexpect sa pickup yan. in fact, i'm very impressed with the transition. i was expecting a couple of months. first week pa lang, wala na yung kaba ko, even sa tight parking... park na lang sa malayo hahaha, honestly, it's almost like driving a car... kaya meron din ako car-like expectations... which is a good indication as i think this is what the strada is all about, that a pickup need not be all utilitarian. dami na-impress sa interior ng strada pati na rin yung level of clatter ng diesel...

can't wait to experience the turbo kick on this puppy. 750kms to go...

welcome to the new owners and great you guys are enjoying your Strada. Drive safely.

as all of you noticed, those auto-tranny with manual modes have those gears indicators, but the strada is only auto-tranny with no manual modes, so its not applicable

I just wanna ask dun sa kakabili lang, what's the difference between GLX sa GL from an owners perspective. With the 70k+ difference, should I go with the GL or GLX. Also, can I change the tires so that it can look more aggressive "4x4 look" :D.

go for the glx na if you plan to upgrade the look...

dun sa steering issues, mukhang wala na sa mga bagong labas... dun sa mga previous models naman, di siya safety concern and in 30 minutes, kayang gawin sa casa.

You can adjust the unit used from L/km to km/L. Please refer to manual. I got this value on my way down from Baguio.
