yung sa amin 21,000KM and counting, so far wala pa ko nakikitang usok, well at least nothing that i'm aware of. may mga nakita nga din akong ibang monty na bago pa lang pero meron ng puff ng usok. pero ngayon ko lang narinig yung blue smoke emission. so far mine is casa maintained and using mineral oil from casa. will try using motul on next PMS.

yes, diamond motors (specifically quezon ave branch, based on my actual experience) allows strada club members to bring their own oils without any charge whatsoever.

when we had the club's fun run to sagada, we noticed some smoke coming from the exhausts after the usual cold morning starts... then afterwards nawala na din... baka normal lang yun hehehe... check natin ulit yung strada ko... i'll be there sa baguio on July 20-22

maraming maraming salamat sir patriarch. ill just ask ian if they will allow here also in motorplaza baguio. any way ill change also the air filter to K&N air filter. and i think this will also add a good result on emission and power.

Hello mga strada Gurus! I'm just new here in this forum. Company issued kasi tong gamit ko na strada. I just have a few questions on the Strada 2010 GLS:

1. Adjustable po ba yung sensitivity ng alarm ng unit na to? And kaya ba na tayo ang mag-adjust nito or sa casa lang pwede? parang ang hina kasi ng response nya bago mag alarm.

2. Paano po ba i-enable yung chirping sound nito when you lock and unlock using the remote? Wala kasing sound yung sakin pag open close ko yung door.Flashing light lang meron siya.

3. What anti-carnap device ang advisable para dito?

regarding sa blue smoke, napapansin ko din yun sa strada pag di napaandar ng isang araw... pero nawawala din pag uminit na ang makina...
hindi lang mga "bagong" monty ang napapansin kong mausok meron din ibang suv at pick up... mas malala pa...

sa K&N naman... some say pangit kasi di lahat ng dumi nafifilter kaya balik sa stock na air filter element (ang gastos nun pero kanya kanyang trip. hehe)
since march pa naka K&N yung strada, advantage nya less restrictive na ang intake, lifetime use din ang K&N with 1 million mile warranty at every 50k kms ang cleaning...

sa alarm naman, nakasilent mode lang yun kaya insensitive... if you're using the tri di remote, try pressing the top bottom release until the light turns green then press the key on the left... if this didn't work, try unlocking your strada first and do the same step...

so ibig sabihin sir, the K&N filter doesn't necessarily mean na gaganda ang smoke emission? pero di bale siguro, ill just switch to motul oil siguro.
