Cross posted from the Lights and Lamps page.

Hi gurus! I want to put leds as replacement for my stock park lights but what I have are lights within the same heaadlight housing as my halogen. I have fears that the heat generated by the halogens can actually melt part of the led lights. did some googling and this is what I found:

Any comments? Any advice would be appreciated. By the way, I have a strada so the park light bulb and main headlight buld are inside the same housing.

    Guys question po.

Normal ba na FC for GLS Sport A/T 6-7km/l city, 10-11km/l hway? Basis ko po dun sa trip computer.

Coz i got a friend that has a Montero GLS SE, sa kanya around 10km/l city
driving daw. Same engine, tranny, i think heavier pa Monty nya. So how come mas maganda FC nya. Does not compute talaga.

    Thanks in advance.

This is also similar to my fuel consumption. The Montero Sport will have about the same fuel consumption. Maybe your friend was looking at the computer display while he was cruising at highway. Best way to measure is to fill up fuel tank reset odometer, drive until half tank or 1/4 tank then refill on the same fuel pump of the same station, get odometer reading and divide by number of liters filled.

There might be an issue with fuel quality in this country, that engine probably requires at least Euro 4 compliant diesel.
