Moderator's Note:
Because of the emergence of trolls here and in other TSCP threads, we would very much appreciate if new posters would post pictures of their stradas (you can cover the plate numbers if you wish) and other proofs of their problems (if possible). This is to prevent any doubts and establish that you are indeed what you claim to be.
We are closely monitoring those suspected trolls and once proven, will be dealt with severely.
On the lighter side of things, it only shows that others are really really envious to us strada owners... bakit kaya?
Now back to regular programming... hehehe

Hello Guys,
Just a quick question regarding ride comfort. Is it worth it to change my GLS rims and pirelli A/T 265/70 tires to Montero H/T tires and mags just to improve comfort? Is the diference really noticable?
TIA

hi bro!
in my case...when I change my tires to 265/70 mas lalo sya naging comfortable...now with regards to the H/T montero tires I think mas maliit yata yun....265/65 if my memory serves me right...
so if you ask me don't bother changing it, ok na yung current pirellis mo saka parang mababawasan ng muscle ang truck mo when you change to a narrower set of tires......Last edited by locoroco777; March 19th, 2010 at 11:51 AM.

Hmmm... my current fuel consumption with 2.5 GLS automatic is 8.0 km/l using 30f 28r. My route is commonwealth to shaw everyday, via edsa... where there is usually traffic. Is my fuel economy bad?
I've also heard that if the tires are underinflated, it would also lead to faster thread wear.

chief, i think the recommended tire pressure for our trucks is at least 30PSI. ako personally ginagawa ko is 30F 35R. regarding my fuel economy, it hovers around 9.8 up to a little more than 10 KM/L. tingin ko maiimprove ko pa yun. yung sayo i think sakto lang yun since medyo sapul mo nga yung traffic sa route mo.

Nakakakilabot yung bagong srps taking into consideration na mag-10 years na ang current model neto.
