hi mga sir! bago lang po ako dito..ilang araw nadin ako nag babasa ng mga coments niyo about sa strada and na pag decide na namin ng family na xa na nga bilhin nmn kesa d-max..baka mg down na kame sa ahente this week end para sa kulay and model..exited na ako sobra.. hehehe pati sir, pwede din ba sumama sa TT EB nyo kahit wala pa yung strada?alam ko madami ako ma tutunan dun.. maraming salamat sa inyo lahat!

Hi sir av8or5. The pace edwards roll top cover is available locally. But the problem is that they do not have one that will fit our stradas. Curved kasi ang edge ng bed top natin eh. Actually, I also like one for myself, pero wala talaga eh. They fit in other pick-ups of other brands kasi straight ang edge. I hope they can come up with one specifically for our great stradas. Mas gwapo tingnan strada natin kung sakali.

Pero mukhang mas gusto ko yung soft top cover na ipinost ni sir seeraulo. Sana meron available locally.

Ser yung sports lid ba yung takep sa likod ng strada? ok ba sa banawe mag pakabet nito? tulong naman kase dont want to spend that much kung hindi rin babagay sa strada.

Dapat talaga lagyan ng lid cover (or sport lid) ang likod ng strada. It is functional, kasi di mananakaw yung gamit mo na ilalagay mo sa bed. It likewise improves the aerodynamics of the vehicle by lowering the drag coefficient (please correct me if I'm wrong) resulting in better fuel economy especially if you're going to use your strada for long highway trips often. At saka, it improves the aesthetics of our ride. Mas guwapo strada pag may lid cover. You will find several choices depending on your budget and need. The roll bar can be bought separately, and I think, this is more of aesthetics rather than function. Several choices are likewise available. As what was already said, check out carryboy and miggyboy websites.

Sir eslonblue, come on, join the crowd of nice people behind their stradas. You will learn a lot from them, ehem, us pala. It will also be an opportunity for you to evaluate kung strada talaga ang gusto.... I'm sure strada talaga ang gusto mo, eh. hehehe.

tested ko na kasi ito, I have one installed sa trooper.. slow down talaga speeding incoming traffic, + mga pasaway na ayaw mag giveway na di makuha sa HORN

Actually our headlights and fog lights are sufficient enough. But if you want to replace the bulbs, try getting the splitfire brand. Higher emitting power at lower or standard wattage and you dont have to add relay or change the socket to ceramic. P800 lang eto. got this information from a fellow strada owner (moxxxs) and its posted dito sa tsikot classified as well as mymitsuph.com

I’m still thinking of buying this bulb..but i'll wait till I see moxxxs ride sa mini-eb to confirm if I like it

some shops, offer the merchandise at slightly discounted price, pero pang RHD naman -- useless

Great thread everyone! I was supposed to get a hilux 4x2 G but after reading all the great things about the strada, i decided up to pony up some more cash and get the GLS Sport.

I'll be ordering it from the dealer next week and I can't wait to take her out for a spin.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has seen this locally? It's a soft top cover for the bed. I'm definitely interested in getting this.

my agent just called me and said that for 2008, the gls sport will have 17 wheels and a jvc audio system.

more importantly, may price increase daw. totoo ba kaya to? or is this just a ploy so that i would order right away and avail of the old price?

pa refer ka sa agent ni av8or5 mukang ok agent niya pero it makes sense naman na tumaas ang price kase nag improve ang specs, 17 inch wheels are more costly than the 16s pero cguro ang increase niyan mga ansa 15-20k lang, im not sure pa rin.
