just want to share 1000 pms at union motors paco. I'm sure many owners will have their 1000 pms because many 2010 models i can see now on the road:

glx 2010 2.5 dsl

oil filter: 1,044.24
mit. oil : 7ltrs. x 184 = 1,288.00
rags : 6.12
e/g flush : 3ltrs x 184 = 552.00

cleaning materials: 150.00
labor : free

total: 3,040.36
less 500.00
(gift certificate for 1000& 5000 pms from dealer)

amount paid: 2,540.36 pesos

time: 2pm-4pm
with car wash

for me good service and i am with the mechanic all the time of what he's doing.

Hello mga sir's, i've been reading this thread for a while now kaya nga talagang na convince ako to get a Strada kasi mas lalo kong nakita ang beauty and stregth and most of all ang lufet ng support and information na nakukuha ko dito. actually, I already place the order recently pero my agent told me na wala pa daw kasing available na color na gusto ko. I don't know if wala nga pero it's okey for me to wait kasi controllable pa naman ang pagka atat ko hehe.

I have some questions po kasi regarding canopies. I'm opting kasi to get the quartz brown, possible ba na same as body color ung canopy na makuha ko? also, i'm planning kasi to extend the aircon from the cabin to the back, possible po ba ito? and what model/brand naman po ma recommend nyo for me to buy. i'm just thinking kasi na mas mura kung sa labas ng casa ako bibili db?

*chrisneil, regarding sa canopies, alam ko depende sa pagbibilhan yun ng canopy, pero kung sa Carryboy ka bibili, possible yun. Last time may nakasabay akong nagpakabit ng canopy with the same color as his truck. Kelangan mo lang i-place yung order saka magdownpayment para sa paint job.

first of all I want to admire your patience with regards on waiting for the color of your choice for your Strada....which I can say not all of us have including me...hehe...

Now,With regards to the color of the canopy that you want to install on your ride...Carryboy has a wide array of choices in their lineup of canopies mas ok siguro if makita mo in person sa shop nila.....then if you want you could apply for a membership here in the club first so that you would be able to avail the discount that are exclusive for members...and also for the paint naman, since your eyeing for the quartz brown I would suggest na sa casa mo nalang papinturahan because judging from the shade of the quartz brown, sa tingin ko medyo mahihirapan ang regular na pintor sa labas na kunin ang tamang timpla nyan....although medyo pricey nga lang sa casa but I'm pretty much sure na makukuha nila ang tamang shade because they already have the right mixture of paint from the manufacturer(well, that was according to the SA hehe)....but then again it still up to you...

for the aircon naman....I think its possible you just need to install some kind of a blower near the rear window so it can throw the air in the back but still IMO the level of coldness that you can feel inside the cabin would still have a lot of difference than it in the bed because the strada's aircon is not designed for such a large coverage....However, if your really serious on having that cabin coldness in the bed...visiting an aircon shop is what you should do...because they can customize an airconditioning system for your truck bed....

Regarding the color, carryboy can do that, they really don't mix the paint, they will just make sure that the color code that came from your Strada would be the same, paint colors are pretty much standard and have that in stock at carryboy..what they will do is just try to match it a bit because our strada is of metal and the canopy is fiberglass, so medyo mag iba lang conti and color..i am not sure if maging lighter or darker if fiberglass vs metal. but I bet they would have that ready as of now.

I recall seeing in a Carryboy Catalogue a climate control (a/c) product for the rear bed with Canopy.
