i would most likely .... nevermind (some of you know what i'd do) ... as for the SA with the info, 1st time i've ever heard this. LOL!

I hope you are right. I never wish i will have the last LOL. I could be very wrong. But for people who has less and will keep the montero SE long enough before buying another just like me, sniping on inside info for defects to be prevented is worth a million bucks.

Maybe someone will ask mitsu people if someone has replaced their fuel pump for montero (2009 model) this year.

If moisture will form (allegedly due to very little fuel left in the tank), it will be filtered by the fuel pump (hence there's this plug you unscrew to release the water collected from fuel).

Don't worry too much.

Horsepower, the plug make sense therefore. Thanks

My service advisor told me to... "maintain not less than 1/4 of fuel in the tank, it's because your engine is CRDI. Im not sure, though wasn't verify this technical matter.

One proof!!! maybe 1/3 or 1/2 is an exageration to prevent damage during warranty hehehehhe
