i agree with jp. mikko, i too have that combination. a 6oooK for my low and a 3000K for the fog. it was tested and proven when we go up to baguio in june. combination of rains and fog was a real no worry. hope to see you too sir

JP was there a big difference compared with sir ching's HID? AFAIK he has the 50W type. sayang i wasn't there to compare my VTX naman. thanks

My head light and fog light are the same 50W 6000, the only different was head light was xenon and fog was china HID

But xenon and china HID, price allot of different.....but value for money....

Finally, after a month of waiting I got my Monty last friday, a garnet green mica, and I have no more worries on price increase. I hope to join the EB soon.

I think it is also necessary to have the MOnty undercoated because there are bolts/nuts/etc underchassis that are bare and not coated.

Thanks, OTEP... but, i've been driving a honda civic and a honda crv.... and i never encountered those "SPLASH" problems.... I guess, I have to accept the explanation provided by one of our thread responder that - 'because the wheels are in front of the driver, that's why'....

i guess i'll stop making "patol" to those water collections... hehehehe... sarap kasi sagasaan ang tubig with the montero sport eh.... pero, just to be careful and avoid accidents, perhaps, i need to avoid those....

Just wondering lang if ever there will be a front wheel guard just to direct the splash away???? ang kulit ko.....

*cosmo, i had the same thing happen to me twice. it was a good thing that i was keeping my distance from the car ahead of me both times. It happened on a rainy evening along maguilas trail. i did not notice the puddles until i was about 3 meters away.

maybe installing a front chin (atoy's) will block most of the water splash? i think dans is also selling atoy's body kits (order basis only).

i do hope to see you in dagupan or urdaneta sir cosmo. mini eb rin tayo. kakatapos lang namin mag-mini eb ni sir mikko sa baguio kanina. hehehe.

Yup. I go to Baguio every Saturday and one thing I notice nowadays is that THE FOG IS THICKER.... Of course I have to turn on my front and rear fog lights.... My friend who is following me, LOVES the REAR FOG LIGHT... It is of great help daw....

One of the ULTIMATE ROAD TEST of the MS is the stretch right after the TUNNEL in TUBA, BENGUET and just before you enter the city proper.... Grabe, you can feel the SUPREMACY of the 3.2 engine!!!!! I tried using the 2H lang, kayang-kaya pa rin!

I also tried the "OFF-ROAD CONDITION" of the ILOCOS SUR HIGHWAYS!!!! Off road talaga and my MS has its own taste of "off-road".....

sir ching's HID was slightly brighter coz his HID's were 50W.. I think his high beam are on halogen bulbs, correct me if im wrong sir ching..

Sir ching how's your side mirrors with LED? im planning to have one too
