Hi,
Thank you again for your help. As far as the sales people. I have learned not to trust them. My experiences from the US I was lied to alot on what the car had. And my wife is getting shy about me always going to them and asking questions. Because we don't have the full deposit yet to buy.
As far as the Diff's. I really want the LSD its just will take too long to save the deposit for the SE. That's why I am looking at the GLS. If I can still have the 50/50 power between the wheels using the Super Select. Than I feel the LSD is not as important. Most of our driving will be on the roads in Cebu and up into Province. And the reason I want 4 wheel drive is for like floods,etc and if the roads conditions get bad. And me being Ex-Military I learn its better to have and not need than to need than not have.

sorry for not mentioning that this was NOT your monty sir. taken from another monty. the rust build-up on yours has been cleaned. mitsu warranty guy said the build-up might return. he has yet to confirm with mmpc what to do to address this problem

in order for you to practise the uphill climb to Baguio, try the uphill stretch from Star Tollway to Tagaytay. We did this with the Strada Club last year. Take the Talisay exit and (i think) it will be the start of the uphill climb to Tagaytay... before you know it... you might want to join the Hill Climb races... joke...

i drove eslonblue's Strada 3.2 GLS Sport during this time and it was no sweat!

ah yes i know that route sir. p*et ng manok yun! (its a chicken's bu**hole!) passed that road before but i was a passenger. my dad was on the wheel that time on a fully loaded 1st gen starex jumbo. we made it uphill but with lots of divine intervention! thanks for the suggestion sir. will try it out someday

Nakasalubong ko black monty ni mayor at marcos highway on my way to baguio. Nagflash ako ng lights pero di yata napansin. May nakasalubong pa ako na white monty near pugo, la union. Nagflash sya ng lights nya. Nakakatuwa talaga pag may fellow monty lover na nakakasalubong sa daan. Will go back home to pangasinan in a few hours after we drop off our daughter at her dorm.

Because i in Singapore right now, stubby help me sent my car to casa,to replace the steering shaft again and do some painting works........

Sabi ko na nga ba fellow Tsikot Montero forumer yung nag flash sa akin,sori di ko napansin coz i was about to overtake the car infront of me..

I'm sure mayor didn't flash his lights because naka HID sya.. bawal iflash! am i correct mayor? hahaha Or was it because di naka chrome rims mayor? kaya di mo pinansin? hahaha i'm just kidding, trying to stir up some contraversies lang!

Traffic at NLEX & EDSA last night was TERRIBLE!..I left baguio 3pm and arrived at valenzuela exit at 6:30pm where bumper to bumper traffic started to build up.. I took the alternate route exiting valenzuela going to monumento but traffic situation was the same because of flooded streets.. Grabe! It took us 5 hrs from valenzuela to Greenhills

Stubby took back my monty last Saturday, at my office now.

The last night heavy traffic, i think because of heavy rain, my office was flooded, lucky my Monty was OK...
