+1 sir jiggs, malamang marami na rin dumi intake manifold niyan. that location is yung direct na naka-connect sa intake manifold. naka-blank din egr ko but i do diy egr cleaning pa rin once in a while. i have a provent type occ pero meron pa rin naiipon sa intake. dinudukot ko minsan and my gunk talaga...

Wow that much pa rin? And to think naka Provent OCC ka na nyan, bro baka naman saturated na yung coalescer filter nyan. Dapat almost none to slight oil film yung outlet hose nyan OCC mo. WHICH Provent model ba gamit mo? Yung Provent HP200 rated na yan for a heavy duty blowby gas.

yup, everytime na nililinis ko egr dinudukot ko and may ganyan. provent 200 ang gamit ko, the filter is the heavy duty washable type. i see slight oil film sa outlet hose. it's doing its purpose naman trapping oil mist sa blow by gas but i think its not as effective as advertised. i modified the inlet and outlet hose and put a bigger diameter last month na uwi ko, i'll check next na uwi ko end this month kung may pagbabago.

used delo 400 with baldwin filter ok din, good for 10k kms. now, i'm using RP oil with baldwin...

Bro san mo ba nabile ang Provent 200 mo? Apparently there are lots of fake China made copies of this Provent. Based on below links that's how you could distinguish kung genuine or not ang Provent. From what I could recall disposable yung coalescer filter and not washable. from aus ung provent ko. meron ako filter na disposable pero madaling ma-saturate ng oil. i bought a washable type filter from co-member sa club that is using same occ. siguro yung naipon nun pa wala ako occ yung gunk since nasa almost 30k kms na ako nkakabit ng generic occ then after a while saka ko nabili ung provent. no issues naman since it collects much of the oil, di nga lang lahat.
