    mas mataas talaga pag inhouse lalo na pag low down payment. depende talaga sa buyers yan. yung iba kasi may way to make their money earn kaya mas gusto nila low DP.

    Example: pag bank financing nasa 338K ang total cash out. pag inhouse na low down 138K. yung difference na 200K pwede i-invest sa business at mag earn. example kung yung 200K kumikita ng 10K per month, in 5 years 600K yun.

    New monty owner here. Got mine last June 19th. So far enjoy naman, medyo naninibago lang sa engine and handling.
