MS MT GLX user here. basis of computation is full tank method.

City Driving - 9.85 Km/L (heavy traffic) to 10.20 Km/L (moderate)
Highway Driving - 11.65 Km/L to 12.90 Km/L (highest FC obtained)

Hahaha! nice chief mechanic. Meron po pala kayo idea sa mga biddings.

Ako naman nagpapa-approve pa ng ABC sa BAC kasi more than 5K na yun project. kapag kasi less than 5K direct contract or PO na kaagad. hahahah! :D

opo, involve din sa mga bidding, kasi kami po ang nagpapa-bid and nagpapa-approve sa client (sensya na po OT)

tips lang po, paghiwahiwalayin nyo na lang just to make sure na di lalampas sa limit para mabigyan agad ng PO. hehehe
