Wala namang 2k na HID kits, that's a halogen bulb imitating the color temperature of an HID. Sayang lang yan, baka mahirapan ka pa pag tag-ulan.

Oo the cheapest HID kit na nakita ko is around 25K. The best cost effective upgrade that you can buy is an OSRAM Silverstar +50% bulb. At 400 bucks/each ganda ng ilaw. You can see reviews sa autoexpress.com.uk. I have the Philips Vision Plus +30% which is ok already but I'm getting the OSRAMS next week. 55/60 watts stock yung OSRAM so ok sa consumo.
