does anyone know if it is lower than the innova and therefore, easier for vertically-challenged passengers to get in and out of?

Agree, kaya may 2 2018 units sa extended household. Hehe.
Napalitan na din both ng fuel pumps, though wala naman naging issue ang old pumps nila.
Pang preventive. Okay din ang handling ng pump recall.

Used more as roomy 5 seaters. Pang-emergency lang ang jump seats sa likod, Madalas naka-tupi.

Lower floor but similar ground clearance sa Innova. Benefit ng monoqoque chassis.

We have one in the garage now. Haven't used since the one who'll use it is still WFH.

Tried it from Antipolo to Bulacan and drives okay. Just 300kms on the odo.

haven't watched all the videos pero so far, wala pa kong major issue with my unit but had these items proactively replaced by the casa under recall/warranty:

    1. fuel pump - although we didn't have any problem with the orig in our 1st 3 mos of use
    2. head unit - naging blurry siya after a month tapos nung nakita ng SA, palit agad

medyo nakakagulat lang minsan yung "popcorn" sound ng bubong hehe pero nasanay na rin kami.

i've also read a lot of complaints about the stock battery not lasting a year. sa amin 13 mos and 10k kms na and still working fine.

will they come up with a version, wherein the headlights are at the level of the front hood?

the current model reminds me of Starfire of the cartoon teen titans.
    ...anatomically wrong..

Luggage space mas okay Innova, 3rd-row seats folded.
    3. Okay ang ride/ NVH ng Xpander.
4, Mas maliit kabig ng Xpander, mas madali i-park. Mas light steering.
    (nag-steady naman sa highway speeds)

Ride comfort goes to Xpander, and lighter steering.

Space is almost the same, but the Innova has larger space at the back.

    Innova is quicker and faster.
