    dcarin, nasubukan ko na trouble shoot dati, try mo muna ganito, using an multimeter, check mo yung two blue wires going sa motor, dapat magkapower pag switch mo ng forward or reverse. magrereverse polarity lang yan. pag walang power it means module mo problem. based sa post mo, may click sound ka naririnig, which means ok switch mo, its either yung motor or module problem yan. yung motor pwede mo feed ng 12v power from battery pwede mo na ma adjust yan, pag di gumalaw motor problem, pag module problem gawan mo nalang ng separate switch gaya sa power window plus mga relays. yung saakin module problem but nagawan ko ng paraan pa.

    Anong paraan ginawa mo? You mean ni-repair ang module or nag install ka ng separate switch/relay?
    Iniwan ko ng wala cover kasi inabot ako ng gabi ng trial and error sa pagbaklas. Inissip ko pwede kong i-manual adjust by dis-engaging motor sa lead screw.
    Mamaya umaga try ko i-tester and jumper ng 12v para gumana motor

    sir kung kinalawang yun i rust converter mo muna to prevent further rust dev't. Kung wala ka makita repair shop is try mo yung body filler or putty na ginagamit sa mga body repair shop for metal damage, kung rubber naman sealicone sealant naman. That is kung kung D.I.Y. solution...

    para makita po mechanism.. pwede niyo din pong hindi na tangalin ang upuan sa sasakyan niyo..

    2 screws lang po sa bandang harap..


    pag tapos niyo po.. matangal 2 screws sa harap... pwede niyo napong tangalin yung sa pwet na cushion ng inyong seat.. at maeexpose na yung motor etc and wirings..

    dcarin, its a funny story, kasi yung akin ayaw umatras, kaya manually ko nilalagyan ng power para adjust. ang problem pala pag nag reverse polarity yung 2 wires, yung isang wire lang ang nag rereverse, yung isang wire walang power. kaya bumili na ko ng relay para gawan ng connection, nung di ko ginamit ng 2 weeks, aayusin ko na sana, ayun biglang gumana.

    my initial plan was to use the working wire side to power the relay para magamit parin yung oem switch. try to test kung ganun din sayo, pag meron pang buhay na isang side madali na diskartehan yan gamit mga 87a relay.

    PB and AC,

    Gumana na po ang power seat forward/backward!!. Thanks. Actually before may symptom na sya ng intermittent ang response. Kahapon, I tried to plug-unplug the motor and control box power pero walang nangyari.

    Ito ginawa ko this morning after natanggal ko upuan (Thanks AC). Used multi meter to test supply sa motor (Thanks PB). May supply na 9V pag backward pero walang movement; no supply pag forward. I plug-unplugged the connectors - no response. Ginagalaw galaw ko connector while pushing the switch, umandar backward once then stalled na. Ito ginawa ko after, di ko lang sure which one did it.

    1. I took out the control box kasi alam ko na may relay. I was thinking na nag stuck up at hindi pumapalo. So ginawa ko tapped several times ang dalawang relays (Moby Dick beat ang pag tap :hammer: )
    2. I also resoldered the contact points ng relays; bale 5 pins each relay and the two terminals coming from the connector
    3. Niliha ko ang connector male and female (from motor)

    Pag kabit ko swak agad and mas bumilis ang response. I cycled several times forward and backward and smooth na talaga; walang sabit. Parang PS2 control na response ng switch.

    Since baklas na rin ang mg ibang parts nag PM na rin ako ng lead screw applying new grease pati na rin sa reclining and seat adj gear/sprocket.. Vacuum ng ilalim ng upuan. Kumita pa ako ng P37 sa mga coins na nakuha ko sa ilalim; pang 1.5 liter na Coke. Kaso para akong na-sun burn kasi walang bubong parking ko. Ayus

    congrats dcarin, mukhang naghahanap lang ng atensyon yung power seats natin, bigla nalang gumagana . penge naman ng coke kami ni AC, nauhaw tuloy ako sa kwento mo. nothing beats a cold coke while doing DIY sa paj natin.

    mga dude ask ko lang, anu kaya cause, bakit ang daling magkaron ng force sa manibela ko, pagnadadaan sa lubak, specially sa humps? kapapalit ko lang naman po ng tierod. anu pa kaya probable cause nya? sa kotse ko kasi hindi naman ganon kalakas ang force, baket kung kailan suv na, saka ganon performance. subic pajero auto ko, 2.8. tnx po

    Have you checked the conversion? like the steering box, and firewall mount of the steering shaft and their bolts? Also the rack-end and center links?
