Hi all! I just recently joined this forum because I was starting to have problems with my pajero 2000 model 4x4. Mainly the hard starting problem and it started to happen about 2 month ago. One click naman sya nag start pero biglang mag rarattle yung FM ko then minsan mamatay na lang. Pero pag uminit na sya the whole day ko gamitin ok sya. Finally after going through this tread I finally decided to have it calibrated today than replacing the glow plugs first. But my mechanic also checked my glow plugs earlier and I found out that 2 of them are busted already and the other 2 are still ok. Sabi na lang nya sa akin pag may budget na dapat isunod ko ng palitan ung glow plugs ko and recommended daw nya yung orignal na. Madami daw sya na encounter na gamit ung mga replacement either na stuck daw or hindi nagtatagal nasisira din. Medyo pricey yung OEM pero kaysa paulit ulit ako mag papalit pagiipunan ko na lang.

Pero madami ako natutunan dito Thanks to all... Parang ngayon ko lang na realize buti na lang may FM din ako. Nine years na sa akin ito and ito na yata major problem na na encounter. I just do my oil change every 5k and using only vic oil filter and using the cheapest well about 100 to 150 per liter na castrol oil lang. Never pa ito nakatikim ng synthetic oil. I've only replaced my fuel filter mga 4th time today in the whole 9 years. Battery 3rd time ko na ito. Tires naman 2nd time na ako nagpalit. Brake pads 3rd time pa lang din yata ako nagpalit medyo makapal pa. Draining the ATF 1st time pa lang (100k+ na tinatakbo ko). Oh sa pang ilalalim I just replace my lower ball joints last week but I need to change na daw ung rear shocks sira na and transmission support. Lahat original pa rin at ok pa rin daw sabi nung calampag specialist ko. Anyways to make the long story short sabi ng mechanic na nag calibrate sa akin kanina ganda pa daw ng makina at takbo na FM ko. So proud owner of a FM here too

Sayang may EB kanina natapat naman sa pag pa calibrate ko so may susunod pa...
