Mitsubishi Grandis Chariot from Japan

hello peeps,

we are planning to buy a 2000 model mitsubishi grandis chariot for my wife at 300K only almost 66K mileage at walang putol daw yung conversion from RHD to LHD.

Ask ko lang the ff:

1.) Parts availability dito sa atin?
2.) any known issues sa mga nakabili na o may alam na issues from other owners?
3.) Noticed some small amount of white smoke while the engine is running. is this a big deal? ok naman ride at tahimik engine even pag naka REV.
4.) Also fluctuating yung RPM from 750-1200 pag nakabuhay ang aircon. any wrong with the engine or compressor? noticed na sobra naman lamig ng aircon.
5.) everything else is ok even yung side mirror auto "flip" ba tawag dun saka yung window glass obstruction retract pag may obstruction ay working.

1. madami parts nyan sa banawe. better to replace (if ever) pyesa with a surplus kesa brand new na replacement. Banawe, Cardiz St. madaming replacement surplus galing japan.

2.mine is an earlier version, japan din, 1996 chariot. oks naman, no major repairs yet, 5 years na sakin ok pa ang engine (4G64). Mlakas din aircon (dual) yearly ko palinis

3.white smoke is normal pag malamig temp sa labas, usually sa umaga or pag umuulan. Pag may tubig tubig ng konti sa exhaust (nagpapatis) ok lang yun.

4.issue mo sa rpm, normal lang tataas sya above 1k pag on ng aircon to compensate the load pero dapat balik sya sa normal idling (800-850). Kund di sya bumalik sa 850, paayos nyo muna sa seller kase mahal paayos ng servo. Servo kit alone costs aroung 5k, surplus servo mga 7k plus labor pa.

5.oo flip yun pag nag park ka sa masikip or may sisingit na motor sa traffic para di masagi....hehehehe . Yung sakin di na gumagana ang flip, but the rest automatic features and power are ok.

pano kung nagpa-fluctuate ung rpm kapag naka-idle? o kaya naman minsan pag nakastop namamatay bigla ung chariot grandis tapos pag pinahinga ng 15-20 mins ok na ulit... ano kayang problem pag ganun...
