November 2nd, 2011 03:21 AM #1according dun sa survey ng J.D. Powers, mitsubishi ung lowest when it comest to customer satisfaction sa after-sales services. then sa forums, nagbasa-basa ako. my cases na nagkakasira ung kotse pag pinasok sa casa ng mitsubishi.
my question is, totoo ba to? talaga bang hinde ayos ung after-sales services nila?
baka kasi bumili kami ng lancer sa mitsubishi along marcos hi-way. kamusta services dito? ok sana ung kotse pero importante din ung after sales eh. so comments please. share your experiences, good or bad.. ok lang. kailngan ko lang talaga malaman.

bro, depende rin yan sa after sales service nila, minsan kasi mga OJT ng mga vocational school ng p PMS,
supervise lang sila ng mechanic, ginagawa nila yan para makatipid sila sa labor, pag marami na kasing experience ang isang
mechaniko sa casa mag tatayo na ito ng sariling talyer.
for example heavy check-up 15,000km, baklas apat na gulong yan break cleaning, then kinuha mo sasakyan mo di mo naman nakita kung paano ang ginawa, nag bayad ka ng 8thousand pesos, then ginamit mo, problem is na hand tight lang pla yun bolt sa gulong nalimutan ng higpitan, then na accidente ng turtle top ang kotse mo, syempre kasalanan nila yon,
the question is paano ka pa mag re-reklamo kung patay ka na! ito ang worst scenario pag walang quality ang after sales service.

hindi lang sa casa ng mitsubishi meron bad after-sales service.
sa honda shaw, meron akong bad experience kaya sa speedfix na lang ako nagpagawa ng civic namin.
ayaw man lang angatin ang hood ng oto para tignan kung ano yung weird sound kapag walang P500 fee.
sa diamond motors C5, hindi ko naranasan ang ganun.
swertihan lang talaga magpagawa sa casa.
mabuti na lang maraming mga magaling na freelance mitsubishi mechanics around tulad ni raymond sarol (san juan), mang roman (pasig), tisoy (el dorado cubao), totoy (bestcolt banaue), atbp.
gawang casa pero presyong masa!

Magpapaservice sana ako pero after knowing na 1 lang service advisor pumasok tapos 3/4 lang ng mechanical department pumasok i decided to reschedule my PMS sa friday nalang. Anghaba na ng pila kaniang 9am pa ako doon. Yun umalis ako serving palang nila number 23 while meron na 40 plus na cars pumasok at around 10am. Thats a bad service

Yup.
Since the brand just came back from the brink, some Mitsubishi dealers are poorly manned... so pick the ones with a good service crew and reputation, and you'll be fine.
You'd be surprised, even the better equipped dealerships of other brands, with more personnel, have their share of horror stories.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
